Customer Requirements
The customer required a new 12m closeboard fence to form a secure and clearly defined boundary between their property in Queens Park, Bournemouth and the neighbouring Avonbourne School playing fields. The existing boundary needed replacing with a stronger, more durable fencing solution that would provide increased privacy, security and a professional appearance. Due to the exposed nature of the location, the new fence also needed to be robust enough to withstand seasonal weather conditions while maintaining a neat and consistent finish.
Work Completed
We supplied and installed a 12m long closeboard fencing system across the rear boundary of the property. The fence was constructed to a finished height of approximately 6ft using pressure-treated 100mm timber posts, three horizontal rails and 150mm timber gravel boards. Individual closeboard boards were fitted to create a strong, continuous boundary with excellent privacy and durability. The installation was carefully aligned to provide a straight, professional finish and all materials were fitted in accordance with current fencing best practice.

The completed fence provides a strong, attractive and long-lasting boundary between the property and the adjoining school fields. The new closeboard construction significantly improves privacy and security while creating a much cleaner and more defined garden edge.
