Customer Requirements

This fencing project in Queens Park involved replacing an ageing boundary fence that had become unstable due to weak and failed timber posts. The customer wanted a complete replacement that would provide improved privacy, security and a stronger long-term solution for the garden boundary.

Work Completed

We removed the existing fence panels and broken timber posts before installing a new 14 metre closeboard fence at 6ft height. The new fence was constructed using three horizontal rails, pressure-treated closeboard fencing and 150mm timber gravel boards. The installation was completed with trench capping to create a neat and professional finish throughout.

During the installation we encountered old ironwork buried in the ground at several post locations. This required additional excavation and careful preparation before the new posts could be securely installed.

Conclusion

The completed fencing installation has transformed the boundary with a strong, durable and attractive new closeboard fence. The customer now benefits from improved privacy, enhanced security and a much more robust structure designed to withstand the weather for years to come.
